My HICAS car did this all the time, 15mins till the fluid was warm or so…

Usually wasn’t related to the level of fluid

I checked the fluid a few days ago and it was at the right level…but i guess ill check it again…fluid does expand and stuff due to tempature so maybe i jsut need a small amount…ill post what happens…

could be related to pressure also?

i believe there is a PS fluid pressure sensor… so if the fluid is really thick the pressure might be higher than normal causing the light to go on for a few?

_shrug_
