# hid burns fuses. need suggestions

hey guys… i just installed my HID kit in my fog lights… it worked when i tested the… but then i installed them both and turned them on then i blew the fuze. i replaces the fuse with a 20 instead of a 10 and still then im blowing the fuses… have any suggestions on how to fix this issue.

ur wiring is fucked… or run a realy with a seperate fuse for each light

Relay method has worked for a few friends of mine.  
Given that they drive cars other than 240’s, it’s most likely what you have to do.  
Check out one of the bigger forums, and I’m sure you’ll find a write-up.

To much voltage, just relay that shit.

Use google for wiring diagrams, and to find out how relay’s work then simply install them with common sense in mind.

Also, next time, if you have questions with tech. related stuffs, post in the TECHNICAL section, not Car Chat.
