Going in for my 6 month self esteem booster shot where my Dr tells me I’m fat at 11am today. Yay!

Ya I usually just brush twice a day and use listerine but aparently thats not working. I am going to start a floss routine since my gums already bleed. I found out I brush really agressivley too so am gonna try to find a softer bristle brush too and not go so crazy.
