seems fine to me. they also said that the power can be limited by state jurisdiction. that town in question is in serious economic trouble, this may save alot of jobs! jobs \> ghettos ---

Pissed me off too… :rant: :rant: the Yahoo article talked about the 80 year old couple that lived at the same address for 50 years only to be ousted by a rich, well connected investor that wants to build a hotel and shopping plaza.
