# Hit and run last night...whos at fault

As much as my liberal politically correct mind wants to say that is wrong, man has a point. I would be driving it like I stole it out of there. BUT I would call the cops as soon as I could and explain what happened and ask where should I report too.

Cause Buff State is right around the corner and maybe they are students there going out as they give the Friday before exams off for a study day. Atleast they did when I was there many years ago. Time of the year seems right for that also if my old memory is correct.

People walk wherever they want to walk on the east side. There are so many “trails” through grass bc people cut corners.

I highly doubt its going to come out that he was fleeing fot his life. If he was, why did he use the sidewalk to do it? In either/any
case you contact police immediately.

I bet the driver was freaked the hell out because he was afraid of getting car jacked by the 60+ people in the street, and saw the path of least resistance being the sidewalk to GTFO before he/she/it/they got accosted by those obviously fine upstanding citizens patrolling on neighborhood watch at 1:30am looking out for their fellow man.

So I didnt read any of this…
What I gathered though: Stupid people like to walk in packs and in the middle of the road. Guy driving clearly was trying to take someone out, because he should have been on the right side of the road and not the left to pass people/try to dodge them. Gang member running over other gang members…
So really… this is just another day in the hood. One member trying to kill another… which in turn gets all the members wanting to kill someone in the other gang… endless killing.

I know the kid that was riding with him. I cant think of what this kids going to go through. I’m sure he will have to testify about the situation he witness. Also clearly cant imagine the family for the kid that got hit. RIP.
