I feel your pain… Hit and Run V. A4 happened on Elmwood right near Allen on Saturday night. To top it off I just buffed out some paint from another asshole who hit the car probally in the parking ramp in the same place ugh. I though maybe it was caught on one of the cameras the city has and called the police. They said they do not investigate ANY vechicle accidents, and if I wanted to report it was just for insurance purposes. ---
