i hate the digital tach…
i like the design of the RX8 cluster…with the digital speedo inside the analog tach :bigthumb:

mine had tranny work done at 45k which they f’ed up and which required another tranny which i put in which was used with 140k on it and broke after another 45k .and now i have one of your trannys, with ??? milage… that’s all. to bad sendell couldn’t doit right the first time.

never had mine in to the dealer.
maybe i lucked out…maybe some of that stuff was non SVT related…they did have a 4 banger model too.
i’m just going by people i know that have them…thats all…seems like a lot of shit breaks on them

my wife had a 4-banger one. It never broke on her. She had it for 2 years and never lifted the hood(never changed oil, tune up, nothing). :dunno:
I heard they had a lot of recalls though

i see 8 on the prism after a quick search, but the question is, how many recalls on contours and vw’s are because of comforts not found in geos, like power anything (steering, windows, brakes) and well… power from the motor as well. :doh:

a 2.0 Jetta is just as sad as a 1.8 Prizm.
