# Holes in 240sx frame.

I was wondering if someone could clarify this for me.  
I was told that Nissan built the 240sx with small holes in the drivers side frame. Thye did not realize that with changing weather that the holes would corrode. I hear this is a common problem on 240’s.  
If anyone has any knowledge of this rumour I would like to know what you know.

yes they came with 2 tiny holes just under each door, about the siz4e of a nickle, and yes that is 1 of the 4 common area’s for the carto rot.

It is not uncommon to have the area rotted right thru…always when buying a s13 cheack the framerails. A car with a solid floor and framerails is worth more than a nice body and crap underneath.
