Thats right i forgot about that. Giving him a wide berth was wise.  
It’s a buyers market, you will find a better deal soon enough

Yeah, we already found 1 house that is only like a few blocks away and another one that is like a mile or so away. We already own our current house, so we have all the time in the world to wait for the right house.

Well we got our offer accepted on another house last night so we are still going to be moving. We need to schedule the inspection for sometime next week so you guys may be hearing from me again. The house we offered on this time is the same price but 100X better and more updated.
