you can get a hell of a deal on this property… 5.7 acres, barn, pond, blacktop driveway in place as well as all utilities ready to go including septic. recently cleared and ready for your new build all for a whopping 25k. :tup: ive thought about it, but knowing what happened here kinda freaks me out a little… ---

You don’t want a foundation to freeze either, that can cause cracks. Either way I don’t think I would want to build exactly where this happened, maybe move over a few feet. ---
