# home remedies?

so i’ve been sick for the past 4 days. i caught it from my little sister who went to the doctor and all they said was for her to sleep alot and drink clear fluids. So…i’ve been doing that, i’m starting to feel better, it’s just my head is stuffed and i can’t breath out of either nostril. i’ve tried vicks vapor rub, this nasal shit my dad has, blowing my nose every 30 seconds and nothing. anyone have anything that works for them? if im still sick on monday im going to the doctor, i cant take this anymore lol

sadly out of all the stuff that I’ve tried actifed seemed to work really well.

vitamin C in huge doses and green tea by the gallon.

Seriously take like 5-6 vitamin c pills per day…
