Thats what im thinking. That type of grouping seems a little unrealistic to me.

Didn’t click the link, but you can buy your own 80% receiver flats and make your own firearms. It is perfectly legal to make your own firearms as long as you don’t ever plan on selling them and they abide by all laws.

Actually it’s better quality lol. Thicker receiver and shooting 1 MOA. I don’t think any AK could shoot that well lol.
