Calm down man. Yes, VW/Audi = same parent company.  
I was joking around with the “leave VW owners out of this” since I am one…  
Us people are weird… as in VAG owners?  
I’m sure one could argue the same way about Honda owners, or GM owners, Subaru owners, etc… etc…
