The forward hoops are very poorly designed, and not nearly as sturdy as they should be, they don’t appear to be able to withstand a rollover. Most of the instructors (which you’ll be required to have for your first several track sessions) would not sit in something designed like that. I’ve watched that happen a few times… Secondly, the instructor must have the same harness and seating arrangement as the driver. That means no bucket and 5pt for you and stock seat for them. My car is built for the track and never sees the street, but I had to follow the very same rules as you will.
