ok well my girls 99 civic 5 speed is acting up and im out of ideas, its the stock 1.6 non vtec motor…whats happening is when it warms up so about half way and you try and drive it stalls and wont start up again untill its brick cold again…ive replace cap rotor plugs wires fuel pump and relay…only cel code its throwin is o2 sencor? any ideas? im going to try and buy a new dissy for it tommorow see if that help or if someone has one used lmk…thanks ---

well, replace the o2 sensor, lol. was it up stream or downstream? possibly your cat might be plugged, that will sometimes hide behind an o2 code. clean your iac motor as well. you might be suprised ---

Main relay? Is the pump coming on when its not starting? Have you checked spark when its not starting? ---

no i replaced the main relay its loosing spark once it warms up so im quessing its in the dissy or maybe the crank postioning sencor… ---

im guessing its the heated o2 sensor, once the car is warm it is changing the fuel and timing curves and stalling out the car. try replacing it first. ---

Ive never had a problem with a o2 like this normally if its bad it will run like crap but ive never herd of it stalling out a car and then not letting it start? im going to replace it anyways being it needs a new one ill let you guys know how it turns out…thanks for the help. ---

my moneys on the igniter in the dizzy, had the same problem years ago in my accord, shuts off and then only starts up again when i cools off ---

well i got her up and running again seems as if advanced auo gave me a bad coil to start with for shits and giggles i threw a good working used one in the dissy and bang shes firring all the time…thanks for the advice guys… ---
