Del Sols are the fastest cars in the world?
People wanna see the reason and thinking behind what was done. They wanna see what the plan is, what the car is intended for, how it’s going to get there. Just randomly stuffing SR20s into anything isn’t exactly the epitomy of automotive design. I mean, sure this guy could have his reasons, and they could be good ones, but we can’t see them, so to everyone this looks like just another silly ricer that put in a “JDM tyte” engine. Just the fact that he owns a Del Sol is enough for everyone to think that way :lol:

You dont even have an SR, or boost for that matter.
Seeing a Nissan motor, in a honda car, is something you have no idea about. Too one its own, dude.
So tell me something, this JDM tyte engine, that you want too,
How many valve springs are in it… :lol:
Dont cuss unless you’ve got better, and you dont.

Del Sol with an SR20 ! … :noes: Oh no the ricers have finaly figured out how to get some real power into a Honda.
Someone needs to put a Powered by Nissan sticker on that car. Just to make sure there is no confussion. I would be confussed if I had a done up SR20DET and some little del sol was keeping up with me…Okay yes I know the DOHC del sol is prety fast, one of my friends has one, but still not comparable to an SR20DET.

some of you… i wont say who. are total fcuking idiots…
just because you own a honda does not mean you are a ricer… and im sure once that is done it will make very nice power…
and ‘randomly’ stullfing an sr20 into a car is not easy… 2 different car makers, 2 different wiring designs, 2 different drive trains, different sized cars, totally differnt ways of mounting the engine, i could keep going with differerences that have to be taken into account before that swap would be even close to working.
the fact that he even THOUGHT of doing it is more than most anyone would ever come to doing.
i went to st thomas yesterday. i watched a honda civic hatch leave the line on its way to a 8 SECOND PASS… he let off becuase he was spinning tires in 4TH GEAR. and still made a 9.1 1/4 at over 150mph…
if ANYONE thinks hondas are bad cars… they should go crawl in a hole and play jenga for the rest of their lives… cus thats all there mind is good for…
/rant.
I LOVE HONDAS. oooo i said it… yikes…

Civics and most Honda’s are :greddy: because of the platform.
I’d sooner drive a Miata. At least that has more potential and can do more than straight line.
There are many nice Civics and Del Sols that i’ve seen, and i have no problem getting one. But only as a daily driver.

Apearantly he is planning on going AWD in that thing.
Using a Pulser GTi-R Tranny and Transaxle with a CRV Rear End not knowing that they utalize two different final drive ratio’s :lol:
