For those who care Steve came over today and we got the down pipe and catback on. Had to run and get a bolt for the dp to the header as the factory one wasn’t catching the nut. Has a small leak that’s only noticeable at wot. Will fix it during the week. Also got my lip on, looks 100 times better with the lip. Plan on getting coils next, also thinking about a full Dc sports header that connects to the mid pipe. I can respect the effort here by Evan. But I do agree with Bakes and other people on certain things. My modo is “if you don’t have the cash to buy something good then don’t buy it at all”! I tell people save up and buy quality parts, but then comes well egay has this exhaust and this intake and header, etc… It’s not about just buying an item to put it on. It’s about buying somehting that you will cherish and make you feel proud of and also get good quality performace, handling, looks out of it. Evan have you really done any kind of research for parts for the EP3? have you ever looked anywhere else other than egay? Have looked into the Mugen, Gruppe M intake? Yeah I know they are a bit pricey but those are parts that will make you not be a part of the standard honda ricer guys out there. Do your research before spending your hard earned money on egay junk! ---

Thanks! and Well said Deni. I have been looking, and I might be changing up a few things from what I have read. Alot of ep3 guys say k and n is a great intake so that’s why I went with that, also got it for a steal brand new. As far as a header I think I’m getting a full race one, because the one that connects at the collector is just as good as the stock one. I still wanna put a k20a2 head on here when the time comes. Above most I want a 6spd type s tranny too. Also as far as the “eBay” exhaust goes, it sounds really good has a nice deep rumble to it, compared to a fart cannon sounding fart. I have not looked into your suggestions but now that you mention them I deff will! ---

deni probably cried the entire time reading this thread. stop wasting money on bullshit parts. a header isnt going to do anything whether its $32 or a $1600 hy-tech header. a k20a3 will never be fast. make it look cool and unique. it’s not my car, so i don’t really care, but im just trying to help you out. hondas will never be fast N/A unless you put $15000 into the motor with some big dick stroked motor and some custom welded endyn built head. and you’ll still make less torque than a 1993 astro van. ---
