“delightfully tacky, yet unrefined” This is completely against everything Las Vegas stands for. It is the opposite philosophy of every casino there.

Hooters is unrefined and has the stench of cheap all over it. They should stay in low class areas where they belong.

I can see all the nasty old cleaning ladies wearing Hooters shirts and shorts.  
And probably chicken wing scented rooms.
