Bradford White 40 gallon Hwt 289.00 1 yr parts/labor 6 year warranty on leakage. In stock at Jordan Supply on Military Rd.

That is what I just bought. Actually bought it in December and have been way to lazy to put it in. Plan on doing it soon though.
