I am looking for a place close by to go with a fireplace in-room. Anyone know of such a place? ---

I put a bunch in at the Senaca Casino Hotel. (Gas VF) ---

they had one at the embassy suites and mariott courtyard in niagara falls, although they were the fake ‘looks like a fire’ fireplaces. the general public cannot be trusted with open flames, and the hotels know this. chances of finding a real functioning fireplace in any modern hotel is going to be slim to none. maybe in a bed and breakfast sort of thing in ellicotville or something. ---

Seperate room with couch, electric fireplace, view of the falls. Full Tempurpedic (spelling) bed and a jacuzzi and a full shower. 🙂 Like he said most will only have electric fireplaces. We put some gas ones in at Seneca though. Same with Salamanca. ---

I just called the Seneca Niagara casino Hotel, and they said “We don’t have fireplaces” Why did two of you say that you put them in? In the lobby? ??? ---

That’s pretty funny actually. I’ll pull out the invoices out at work. Unless they went to another Hotel/Casino and I wasn’t listening to the guy. But, I sold them. Fourteen of them. And they were for rooms.
