Yea… i have been thinking of refinancing, not sure if it will pay off enough or not. I did it with my cars, might as well do it with the house too 😃 ---

Meh, there are nice houses, architecurally, but they are still pretty bad ass. I want to visit Hawaii someday. ---

I am shopping around for a refi. I think January is going to be the best time. Just need to find a lender with the lowest closing costs. ---
