If you are serious, pm me and come see it. It’s going in the paper this weekend. All kitchen appliances and washer/dryer are less than two years old. Kitchen has gas stove with Microwave over top, dishwasher, fridge. New 50 gal hot water tank Furnance is a 92 Hi Eff York, Central AC is York also. Just painted, carpets only two years old, just cleaned last week. ---

do you have the dimensions for the rooms? I have very large bedroom suites and I know my canopy bed needs atleast a 9 foot ceiling … ---
