We built pat kanes unlces house which is down the street from ours. He forgot to tell him though that ours was for sale lol. I think he bought 3 houses, maybe hes looking for a 4th.
Yes this is the only thing we do fulltime

Awesome work. :tup:
Wonder what the taxes will be when it gets re-assessed post sale, assuming you get near the asking price. Probably pretty bad since it’s already over 8k on 266k assessed. Buying a near million dollar home in WNY it’s probably not a big concern though.

Exactly what I was thinking…no way that property tax is going to hold at the same level. But if you can afford this type of home taxes are probably a non issue. LOL

It would remain the same in East Aurora, they make up for it by raping the shit out of people who are stupid enough to build new. It is like a cult, they protect the old owners.
Question: Is this home actually lake front or just lake view? “…breathtaking views of Lk Erie”

It’s not on the beach. there’s this house, then then marina and then the beach/lake. I don’t think i’d want a lake front house on lake erie during a winter storm before the lake has frozen over 🙂
