If they live in allegheny county, you can go to [http://www2.county.allegheny.pa.us/RealEstate/Search.aspx](http://www2.county.allegheny.pa.us/RealEstate/Search.aspx) and enter the address. It will show you a picture of the house, how much the current owner paid and various other types of info.
