3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, **3.5 car heated garage** in Henrietta. New windows in 2007, new composite front porch last year, new appliances in the kitchen (5 years old or less), washer/dryer included. Central air, 1600+ sqft., ~1/4 acre corner lot. Kinda near RIT… $139,900 Moving to be more convenient to the wife’s work and mine and looking for more land. House is listed through Hunt. The biggest selling point of the house (4 car garage), or at least the part that justifies asking $140k, isn’t even in the pictures? ---

The pic shows a fraction of the garage door only. Not that I’m in the market but if I was I would be prone to discarding the house because I do most my sifting online. Just my 2 cents. The house sounds nice…pics would probably help you out alot. ---

Yes it is. The house was built originally with a standard 1 1/2 car garage that leads into the kitchen. The previous owner built an additional 2 1/2 car garage in front of it for restoring an old Corvette. ---

Compressor included you say? Mentioned the house to the fiance. Her answer was “When are we moving to Rochester?” which I unfortunately had to answer with “When you find me a job making more than I am now, or convince my boss to let me work from home.” ---
