I suck at computers and i basically want this on mine.

edit: I made it black now! Sexxxy!!!

Steps to load.

Download it.

Extract to: c:\windows\resources hemes\royale noir”

Open that file

Click on “luna.msstyles”. Select “Noir” from color scheme.

Its painfully simple…
