Heaps of info on anodizing titanium online. Yeah I read about it on TI, and I have done some before on RC car parts with a DC power supply and the chemicals. My little knowledge of titanium tells me that it is brittle and wants to snap back into shape, so how does it actual roll and hold? Like we talked about the idea of a simple press with machined dies to form it I think wouldnt work out as well as a roller lath setup.
