Honestly, find something to look forward to doing the next day and go to bed with that in mind.

For example, go to bed hungry and have eggs and bacon in the fridge. Better for you than going to bed full and not eating breakfast anyway.

I just recently put my coffee maker in my room. Set it up before you go to bed, and put it on a timer. If the smell of coffee in the morning doesn’t make you get out of bed and run to the shitter, then just poop in the covers. Either way, I guarantee it will wake you up.

I put a stereo with subwoofer that had an alarm in my room. I put it 12’ from the bed so I HAD to get up and turn it off. The combo worked for me…loud and physically being made to get up instead of stretching for snooze.

I do the same thing, 1 alarm clock on the other side of the room. After 3 times or so hitting the snooze, you’re sick of getting up and just start your day.

I have my alarm clock across my room so I have to get up to turn it off.

I’ll often wake up 5 min or so before the alarm goes on, which I find weird and annoying. In this case I’ll often get up and hit the snooze and fall back asleep.

I am only motivated to get up in order to not wake up my wife. I try to limit the snooze to one use.

When she wasn’t living with me I had my cell phone set to go off twice and my main alarm across my room and it was still hard for me to get up.

They do have those alarm clocks that bounce and shit, so you have to chase them in order to turn them off.

> I often find myself waking up about 5min before my alarm goes off… ( **What an odd phrase, doesn’t it technically go on?** )… anyway, if I get up at that point I’m fine. If I wait for the alarm to go off/on I have trouble waking, but usually get up at about the 3rd snooze.

It’s like taking a shit instead of leaving it?
