The only way that’s possible is if he had more blood in his system then you. Or his body filters faster than the norm.
Tolerance has zero to do with BAC.

.02 isnt the limit for udner age. if you break .0 your done if your under 21.
its a ZERO tolerance policy.

I should clarify.
I’m not saying effect tolerance
i’m saying weight/blood/metabolism etc., or, your body’s natural tolerance to alcohol.
A drink does not put me to a .02. It puts me less than a .01.

Yes it is. Im sure about this and you have been wrong about laws numerous times on this site.
The have it at .02 to observe religious consumption and things like mouthwash. I have even heard that the right amount of peroxide through the skin can cause a .01 or so.

Not from tolerance, son. But yes, that happens. My ex goes in excess of .035 from a drink, but you know Lisa. There is nothing to her.

I was right about shooting a person who breaks into your house aswell. If I was wrong about that I’d be in prison. so stfu about whos right or wrong about other shit that dosent pertain to THIS thread.

maybe, maybe not… If the beer you drank hasn’t passed through the lower digestive tract then chances are pretty good your body hasn’t absorbed it all yet. I was told that this is why they’ll wait a while before giving you the “official” test at the station when you get a DWI… they wait for your body to soak most of it up

I did an alcohol release study at UB in the peak of my college drinking 3 years ago. They pretty much confirmed it. That was great. They picked me up at Canisius, paid me $50 to drink up to 2 pitchers of beer (finished the whole thing, naturally) and then watch movies and stuff, then brought me back. Cheap pregame. End result was 128 oz of beer and my peak BAC was .075, about 40 min after I finished the second one.

I’ll tell ya what you need to put time in this. If i were to go to a bills game at 9AM and drink 12 beers from 9-1 and leave the game at 4ish im way below drunk/intoxicated
but i guess you can call me an asshole even tho i’ve never had a single issue while driving after a few drinks.

im usually the dd, don’t drink much go out dt have a couple shots, 9-11 bottles corona + lime w/ a few mix drinks + drop off friends afterwards
