twin screws are torque monsters though 🙂 Us centri guys dont know what thats like. Though i do know of a KB GT that made 540rwhp/472rwtq…guess its all the flip of a coin. ---

I used to, used to make 285wtq 270whp. Then was upto 394whp 390wtq. Next setup is going to be like 470whp and 375wtq. ---

i make much more Tq than Hp though I havent had it dynoed. 3.44" bore, 4.09" stroke and a small turbo will do that for you. just shift a little earlier and stay in that torque band. Brian ---

A lot of things can make this happen , a cam being degreed for the powerband to be lower is one , different types of power adders on certain engine combos (pending bore and stroke) , nitrous , or sometimes an inefficiency issue or even the opposite depending on what the car is set up to do . Another could be if you were on a dyno using wheelspeed as an rpm pick up , this will give inflated torque numbers especially in a automatic trans car because it is not a true rpm pick up and don’t pay attention to dyno numbers on a dyno like this , it is not a good comparison tool to show you where you are (#'s wise) as opposed to others on most dynos , it is a tuning tool only . Just throwing these things out there for you , could be nothing’s wrong either . ---
