gf & i have got the same thing, albeit prolly to a lesser extent w/ eczema. i go 1x/month, seems to help quite a bit. of course, you can’t beat humidity for helping out

while i’ve been made fun of for tanning…  
the pluses highly out weigh the gayness

- shortens your cold by DAYS!
- Actually makes you feel better/ more energy
- gets rid of your pastiness

I maybe go twice during the winter months…but it does help!
