# How old will you be when you pay off your house?

I bought my first house cash when I was 19. I paid for it on my own, no silver spoon here. I worked summers at my Dads company since i’ve been 15.

Congrats, that’s awesome bro. Hard work and saving is VERY honorable. I wish more parents raised kids as you were.

Bought our house with cash from a little old lady who was desperate to sell it because she didn’t know where to even start with renovating it. She posted it on Craigslist and we got it 5 days later. Fixer-upper of course. $10,500. 24 and no mortgage woohoo!
