# How to announce meets/events

1. Make your post subject include the Date/Time and Location.  
Example: **Square One, Mississauga - April 29th @ 10pm**

This will allow others to look through the subjects and know about events  
in brief, without having to read through the thread.

1. In the body of your message, make sure to indicate the following details.

**Location/Address: \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_**  
**Date: \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_**  
**Start/End Time: \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_**  
**Directions: \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_**  
**Description:\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_**
