All of those wings on the car remind me of a sail boat. Maybe this is a gas/wind hybrid? They must kill gas mileage at highway speed, and on a more serious note, the vinyl on the windows is just plain dangerous. Huge blind spots!

that green civic hatch is hilarious. there is actually a story behind that one iirc. a kid got it from his parents and hated the car so much he decided to do all that stupid shit to it as a joke. there was like 4 or 5 other pics of it i remember seeing. he made a real coffee can muffler with a couple of folgers cans and even spray painted a 2 liter bottle white, stuck a hose in it, and printed out a “nos” logo and put it on. if anybody sees the other pics put the link up. i seriously :crackup at that car.
