Unfortunately it happens a lot. Pretty sure Do-Luck stopped making their duck bill trunk lid for the same reason. They were doing all the R&D and bringing it to market and it was being copied by Chinese shit and Rexpeed. ---

If hes a good friend of his, why didnt he just sell him a box instead of making a friend go through dealers? $145 for less than $18$ in aluminum sheet bent on a brake 5 times, and a aluminum shaft drilled and tapped twice? Talk about a thief. not to mention pumping them out in bulk; large sheets of material, water jetted, bent on a CNC break, etc. Name is everything I guess. ---
