as a filipino, the muslims in my country will never submit to the central government or to the united states. since the beginning of spanish occupation until today they’ve always put up a resistance. we still suffer from kidnappings, bombings, and killings by known muslim extremist groups funded by bin laden or whoever the fuck. however, the majority of muslims in the philippnes do not want to be associated to those extemist groups. they just want to be left alone. most of them are business men and women. ---
