# How to include a SWF in an HTML file?

been a long, long ass time. but i remember trying to figure this out before. i think you have to initialize something at the beginning of the HTML file with a call statement.

i’d suggest going to a flash site and studying the source code, that’s what i did back when i couldn’t figure shit out, or searches didnt turn anything up

I could do it with Frontpage real easy, but this is for a site that I got completely FREE hosting for as long as the company exists (and I don’t go over the limit on bandwidth and such). I get a ton of good stuff, but I don’t recall seeing anything about FrontPage Extensions. So I sent the guy a message asking him, but I wanted to get this in now, not later. :-\
