# how to play a mp3 file during a google voice call?

I’m trying to figure this out, I’m sure someone who does a podcast on skype will know in two seconds.

I want to play a mp3 sound file during a google voice call on a windows 7 machine with onboard sound.

I keep coming back to a feature called stereo mix that would work fine, it is supported by some sound cards but not my onboard sound.

Is there a free app that will work for this?
