# How To stop snoring?????

Have someone record you sleeping, while snoring, if you stop breathing, you have sleep apnea, its a good way to scare friends when sleepin at there house…

wake up the next morning to “Dude, you randomly stop breathing when your sleeping, it scared the shit outta me” “yea its pretty sweet”

if you wanna see a really good doctor look up this guy \> Dr.Gass he is over on southwestern blvd . Really good guy takes time to explain everything and will do his absolute best to help you out.

My girlfriends uncle just had this done.

He ended up leaving the clinic with a large device (similar to an air mask), that he hooks up to his face when he sleeps.

They adjust the air presssure based on your needs, and his condition was so bad, they had it cranked almost all the way up. It seriously feels like someone is shooting an air gun in your face all night.
