# how, what do i need for swopping a sr20det into a 93' 240sx

Is it possible to swop a sr20det into a 93’ 240sx?  
How much about would it cost?  
Time frame?  
Difficulty?  
Do you have to make your own motor mounts ?  
How much work is it to do?  
If i havent done a engine swop before should i try to do this, i know what im doing just havent done one before or should i pay someone how has done them before to do it?  
Is the sr20det (red top) a good engine to swop or should i look at a rb instead? :?:

sr is a good motor, no desputing that.

all in all, for a basic bare bones setup, make sure you have 5g’s to drop. you never know what might go wrong.

do the **SWAP** yourself, its not too hard.  
no need for engine mounts, the stock ones will work

time fram? anything from a day or 2 if you know what your doing and have it all ready, to weeks if you take your time.

little to no experiance?. dont bother with swapping at all.[/b]
