Because a roll race on the highway is a 1/4 mile strip :🙂 GT4088r(or 4094) K series are making 700+whp and rpms scream, the civic in that video was not revving high by anymeans, let alone spooling its 88mm or 94mm turbo. A well running GT40 K series would stomp a mud hole in that thing. ---

Doesn’t say if it was pump gas or not either, very well could be HPF Stage 1, which is only good for 450whp or so. Though the exhaust does look a bit white… ---
