Thinking about uploading the ‘rom’ so I can use different themes etc.
Does anyone have any experience with this phone utilizing different software?
Kinda skeptical seeing as its a pricey mistake if I put the phone into ‘LIMP MODE !’ lol

Im looking around online but can’t seem to find a ‘safe’ way to do this(come to determine there is no fool-proof way).
Also, can’t really find out exactly which ROM I want…

Well I know with the GSM (ATT) phones, even if you brick them there are ways to recover. All you have to do is make sure your computer doesnt crash, you dont unplug the USB cable, and have a charged battery on your phone and you’ll be okay.
With my Touch Pro, I just flashed HardSPL, then picked a ROM out I liked and flashed that. Bam! Baller Status!
Ohh Sprint, I don’t know anything about flashing them, Wayne can probably help. :lol

Does the service provider really matter that much? I know someone with the ATT Touch pro and it honestly seems different…
I’m researching it all now – hopefully ill be ‘BALLER ST4TUS’ b4 work is over !

d00d the provider doesn’t matter. All you need to do is make sure that you stay with your provider’s radio version. the OS flashing is all the same ni99a.
