They go by the market value blue book of what the car should be worth whatever…

and yes I agree… Like I said, you have a 10k dollar BMW thats only worth a grand cause its so fucked up and still have to pay 10k in sales tax… and that goes for everyone who buys the fuckin thing… so NYSTATE gets more than there share in sales tax
