I’m all for the results, but the method is logically impossible.

“You’re not allowed to sell them and you have to pay taxes on them.”

Like Jay pointed out, just like

“You’re not allowed to be here and you have to have a license.”

Ah well. Politics always has been exempt from the constraints of logic.
