and how does get a stamp.

go to town post office  
“hello, i’d like a stamp for 2oz of cocaine”  
“okay, that will be $150”  
“here you go”  
“thank you very much, and good luck!”

I’d just have a cop outside waiting to arrest for “attempt to sell drugs”
