I threw a bunch of random shit into the crock pot last night and came home tonight to the most delicious soup ever! 1 cup rice 1 can low sodium chicken broth 1 can low sodium cream of chicken 1 handful frozen chopped spinach 1 cut up onion 2 cut up tomatoes 6 cut up hot italian sausages A bunch of chopped baby carrots Enough water to top off the crock pot I need to go get some saltenes and have another bowl! That is all. :shrug: ---

We still have fresh spinach. I bought it at the NT farmer’s market last week. The man said it was local. I trusted him. He wasn’t selling oranges…
