Thanks everyone. ANd I get a parting gift from the call center… if I work ot for the next 2 weeks I will get an ipod video for the cost of tax.we had this incentive for everyone to work OT for a month and average 6 hrs and the whole team gets an ipod. I just spoke to my old supervisor and he said I am garenteed. ---

He will be on a rotating shift working 12 hours a day. so its a 5 on 4 off then vice versa. its very easy to schedule a month off with just a few vacation days. His job is somewhat fun, he will deal with networks, systems and also serve as an escalation point to the TAC. He will also deal with the Engineers directly. And I am sure it will happen, dom will get to wake me up at 3am and tell me something is broke. ---
