Newman, your one of THOSE assholes!? FUCK I hate that. Why punish the guy that rented to you and gave you that awesome deal, called heat included?? I supervised 6 apartment buildings, 30 units in all, from the early spring till early fall this year, and man, people took advantage. I mean, really, if your cold, why not just throw on a sweatshirt??
