you hate your life much more? im sure you know all about engineering school and can gauge that. fyi 90% of freshmen engineering majors either drop out,fail out or switch majors the first year at my school. Two of my friends go to ACP and i know its pretty intense. Most of my school is super nerds who rarely leave their rooms for anything other than classes, food, more mountain dew, and gay campus activities. That being said, they have GPA’s 3.5-4.0. Not really me…but im just proud to still be here and have my gpa going up:thumbup ---

I had some friends at ACP back in the day- most, if not all, had starting salaries significantly higher than even the Mech Eng grads (that sold out) and went to work for big dollar consulting firms (this was way before the economy took a crapper and companies could afford to spend big money on people to tell them what to do). One of my good friends with an ACP degree got an offer to work retail in Kingston and the signing bonus was like $15k or something ill… I was like “Kingston… Weak… WTF?@!@!.. yeah **TAKE THAT** ” But she eventually stayed in the area… ---

I know its a very hard program, i probably shouldnt have said what i said because their both completely different field. I had an exam yesterday that i was stressing about. A few of my friends already have been kicked out. I studied 60 hours last week for it. I guess we can both hate our lives equally lol. Where do you go btw ---

However so are the requirements. If you dont hold a 3.0 then you get the boot. I thought it was going to be a walk in the park. It turns out because its 6 years at the doctorate level, so they give us doctorate level courses. It will be nice to be 24 and making that kind of money. ---

Same concept with owning your own business. You work your ass off for a few years, and if you do things right, you have the rest of your life to enjoy the benefits of 5+ years hard work. I litterally have NO life. 15 hours a day (if I am lucky), no such thing as a “weekend”. All the days just blend together to the point where if you do not have a planner, you are completely lost. I have a hard time now when I see lazy ass people complaining about spending 4-5 hours a day at school and how they don’t take advantage of what is being given to them. ---
