A friend of mine does this for Sunoco. You give the cashier a pass or fail card, you never actually buy anything. ---

It is similar though. You go in get the beer, put it on the counter. If they ID you they pass, if they don’t they fail. At Sunoco you give them a pass or fail card. Your end result may be different, in essence it is the same. From what you posted as the details of what you are doing. ---

I love ppl’s thoughts of entrapment… Entrapment = Holding up the Store w/ a gun… then shutting them down for not IDing you for the Liquor. or something where you. Walking up and buying liquor / beer form a store is not entrapment as you are not enticing them to do it. ---

update.last thursday i went out and did this atvarious wilson farms from batavia to buffalo. i went to 13 stores. 5 out of the 13 stores sold beer to me. 4 of the stores that sold even id me. i felt bad because now wilson farms has a zero tolerance policy and all these people lost there jobs. the one girl was 16 started on sunday and her mom was her manager.i can only imagine how awkward there dinner was. but i made money so i was happy ---
